The founder of Ask HAY is Nicole Anderson, the reigning Ms Royal Europe and previous Ms Royal United Kingdom / Ms Royal Scotland.

Nicole recognises that too often people don’t talk about how they’re really feeling and wanted to create a platform where people can talk freely and openly.

Having experienced her own obstacles, Nicole found herself wondering, while she was being supported by her friends and family, who was supporting them?

Everyone deserves to be supported, listened to and feel valued. Ask Hay is a place of supporting those who support everyone else.
